FLU VACCINATIONS 2015

Flu vaccination is recommended to patients aged 65 years and over, or patients who have Chronic Heart Disease, Chronic Respiratory Disease, including Asthma, Chronic Renal Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Chronic Neurological Disease, Diabetes, Immunosuppression due to disease or treatment, pregnant women and people who are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if the carer falls ill.

Flu clinics will be held on the following dates at the WORKSOP BOWLING CLUB (across the road from the Health Centre).

We request wherever possible patients attend the clinics according to their surname initials (no appointment necessary,) this will help avoid congestion. However, if you are unable to attend the designated session you can attend one of the other sessions more suitable to you or contact the surgery for an appointment.
