This years annual flu fayre will be held at Worksop town hall (Queens Building) on Tuesday 25th September and Wednesday 26th September 9.00am - 4.00pm
As well as the flu fayre on Wednesday 26th September 2.pm-4.pm our practice Health Care Assistant will be offering Blood Pressure checks and free NHS healthcare advice to patients in the Foyer of Newgate Medical Group as part of 'World heart day'. All ages are welcome for the blood pressure checks, However patients aged 40-74 will be assessed for the NHS heart check up. If you are eligible for this check you will be invited to make an appointment to speak more in depth with the Healthcare assistants about your 'Heart Health'.
