Repeat Prescriptions

We now have a separated prescription line. Using the same telephone number if you ask for a prescription you will be put throught to a specially trained member of staff.This operates at the busiest times but will eventually be open duirng the whole day. We aim to have all our repeat prescriptions on computer and for all patients to know their computer number. Ask the receptionist to show you where to find it. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered over the phone or in person and are usually available within 24 hours. It is advisable to ring for repeat prescriptions after midday to avoid the busy morning period. For the housebound most local chemists offer a collection and delivery service. Please phone the chemist of your choice to arrange this. It is not somehting the receptionist is able to do for you.
